All associate are eligible to receive bonuses under either or both components.
The first component, based upon individual lawyer productivity, is designed to recognize associates who exceed their hours requirements. The hours counted towards this requirement include client billable hours, approved administrative hours and up to 100 hours of pro bono time.
The bonus award structure is as follows:
Hours above requirement: % of bonus award: 1-100 5-8% 101-200 10-12% 201-300 14-16% 301 and greater 18-20% The second component of the program is the discretionary bonus to recognize associates who have made exceptional contributions to the Firm.
