General Salary Comments:
In addition to the base salaries described above, the Firm also offers associates an opportunity to earn a bonus. Under the salary structure set forth above, only associates who work 2000 or more revenue generating hours are eligible to be considered for a bonus and only associates who work in excess of 2250 revenue generating hours are eligible for the highest bonus in his or her respective class. Notwithstanding these thresholds, associate bonuses are discretionary and paid only for excellent performance. Bonuses are based on many factors, including each associate's formal evaluation and geographic factors, and are intended to reward overall contribution to the Firm. Credited pro bono hours for associates shall be treated as eligible hours for bonus consideration as follows: (i) At 1950 revenue generating hours, up to 50 pro bono hours may be treated as eligible hours for bonus consideration; and (ii) for every additional hour between 1950 and 2000 revenue generating hours, one additional pro bono hour may be treated as an eligible hour for bonus consideration, such that at or above 2000 revenue generating hours, a total of up to 100 pro bono hours may be treated as eligible hours for bonus consideration. (E.g., an associate with 1980 revenue generating hours may treat an additional 80 pro bono hours as eligible, for a total of 2060, and an associate with 2050 revenue generating hours may treat an additional 100 pro bono hours as eligible, for a total of 2150.)Hours: N/A
