General Salary Comments:
The firm uses a step compensation scheme, with step assignments being made based not only on graduation date, but also on experience and performance. A minimum bonus of $5500 is earned with 1850 draft/billable hours. Guaranteed bonuses are paid for each quarter in which an Associate records at least 500 billable hours. Bonus amounts vary by step level. There is also an 8% contribution to the 401(k)/Profit Sharing plan for eligible employees.
