*The "new bonus structure" is a large end-of-year bonus determined on factors including (1) developed talent/expertise, (2) personal revenue - billings, (3) work ethic, (4) new revenue generation, (5) client development and various other firm work (recruiting, seminars, bar, community, etc... This is to be a major bonus in the $10,000 to $30,000 range for well- and top-producing associates. Partnership: 6.5 year track, Non-equity has been abandoned. The firm contributes 6% of salary for each associate to a 401(K) program.Hours: N/A
