General Salary Comments:
Associates are eligible for productivity and discretionary bonuses. The minimum billable hour expectation is now 1850 billable hours.

The minimum billable is now 1900. The former holdback of five thousand of the base salary has been eliminated for the FY starting 9/01. However, the five thousand will be withheld until the end of the FY and will still be conditioned upon making hours for the current FY (ending 8/01). Then, for every 75 additional hours over 1850, associates earn 5% of their base salary. The discretionary bonuses are still available.
