General Salary Comments:
New salaries announced 11/07 to begin calendar year 2008; 5th year and above currently slated to drop base salary (@ 1900 hours) 5k, 10k and 15k respectively for 5th, 6th and 7th year in 2009 (e.g., from 215k in year 5 to 210k; from 235k to 225k in year 6; and from 255k to 240 k in year 7). We'll see if that actually happens... This salary/bonus scheme is the same in all offices. In addition to the hours bonuses, associates may also receive a "discretionary/merit" bonus between 1,500 and 10,000 dollars.
