General Salary Comments:
New York salaries are higher than those listed above. U.S. Supreme Court clerks are given two years credit (assuming they have clerked at least two years) plus $60,000 upon arrival at the firm. U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit clerks receive one year of credit plus $30,000 upon arrival at the firm. Generally, the firm gives one year of credit plus $15,000 upon arrival to clerks of federal court judges and highest state court judges(including those which last more than one year).
