General Salary Comments:
The compensation system for CY2000 is as follows: A 7.5% automatic bonus is paid for 2100 hours. An additional 10% automatic bonus is paid for 2300 hours. In addition, a subjective bonus is available. The subjective bonus is up to $5,000 for first and second years; 10% of base for third years; 15% of base for fourth, fifth and sixth years; and 20% for seventh and 8th years. Finally, the firm gives associates a stake in an investment pool, which holds stock in the firm's clients.
