General Salary Comments:
Associates are eligible for an annual merit-based bonus based upon criteria including legal skills, commitment (hours), judgment, standing in the community, satisfaction of existing clients, and practice development. Most attorneys understand that this merit system is strongly weighted towards hours billed. 1800 hours billed minimum.
