General Salary Comments:
Base salary above is not tied to hours. 5% of base salary is contributed to a tax-deferred 401k type account which vests after 3 years. Health of the firm profit sharing bonus based on seniority and firm performance. Substantial "pain alleviation" bonus for 2,400 hours.
