General Comments:
Non-discretionary bonus levels are based on billable hours with targets set every 50 hours from 2000 to 2400, from $2,500 to $65,000. The bonus for hitting each target increases as the experience of the associate increases. The bonus grid does provide that a discretionary bonus up to $15,000 may be awarded to associates at any level. Unlimited pre-approved pro bono hours count toward 1950 billables.
