Actually, my firm uses Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and I think they do a fairly good job covering IVF. I looked into it about a year ago. There is no limit on the number of times you go through it and the degree of coverage depends on whether the doctor is in network (80% v. 100%). In other words, there is no dollar cap. Good luck.
