Hi, I'm a non lawyer and am researching pay practices in the law field. Is anyone willing to brief me on the details of how income is determined in firms in consideration of for example, 1) size of firm, 2)type of law practiced, 3) geographic location of firm, 4) whether you practice at HQ or a branch...
I am also interested in what time of year bonuses are distributed and are they distributed quarterly or annually.
Any other details you think are important in determining pay would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
