Anytime is great for Vegas, particularly for a Bach party. Believe me, if you have the money (and protection) there is no place like it. The mid summers are extremely hot and dry, makes for great eye candy and pool side activity (for both men and women) but can be overwhelming if you are not used to the heat. I just came back from there and was propositioned by several beautiful women in my hotel, kind of wished I hadn't brought a girlfriend. Just be careful, there are somethings you can get in Vegas that you can't leave there.
