Thanks GarveyGirl. That tidbit about retroactive take back in pay is incredible. How are TS associates not up in arms over that? Is it even legal, or was it presented as "if you want to avoid layoffs, this is what you have to take, and you'll like it." How f-ing shortsighted and pithy. They could avoid the clawback and absorb the difference which equates to what...a few partner off-site boondoggles, or the next summer class's meal budget (or has that already been axed?).
