What happened with the sanctions that were apparently given to King & Spalding in a patent infringement suit in District Court ? The case is CBT Flint Partners v. Return Path, No. 1:07-CV-1822. Is it true that the judge went ballistic on King & Spalding ? Was the sanction amount of $86,786.95 paid by King and Spalding, or their client ? Was it overturned ?
