Depends what makes you want to move to Singapore. I worked in Singapore for a bit (now practicing in Paris but before in San Francisco). The hours in Singapore I thought were better definitely better than San Francisco but regrettably, Singapore is quite a boring place to be. Don't get me wrong, there are certain perks there comparing to other Asian cities (safety, convenience, language). It's easy to transition there since the city is full of expats.
