| Mid size salaries??? |

Outside of BigLaw I have found it very difficult to find reliable salary info online and am wondering if anyone out there can help? I suspect I am underpaid, even given the current state of the economy, but cannot determine what is the "average" salary for a mid-size Northeast Ohio law firm. Let's say the size is in the 20-35 attorney range, primarily doing insurance defense work. I make mid-$40k, with a discretionary bonus and average benefits... Any thoughts? Thanks much!
