Janik has had at least seven named partners in twenty years, but it is the first name on the door that sets the tone at that firm. It is a horrendous place. The last I heard, though, he only had two current partners, one of whom is his adopted son who made partner about a year after graduating law school. How many of the two could have left? Maybe the non-related one, but that's just one more name in the revolving door.
Will it survive? Hopefully not.
