I lateralled as a 4th year. Liked the people and the culture. issues were not having enough work (difficult and stressful to make your hours), and compensation. Paycut is astonishing, and it doesn't go up a whole heck of a lot. It would have been difficult to live on one salary (my spouse works). Left after 2 years, now inhouse w/non maine company. my comp more than doubled.
