It's great to see 50's-speak revived for a new age. Must be the effects of 'Mad Men.' I don't think the problem here is posting technology, it was the assumption that the boards would grow no matter what Findlaw did or did not do to maintain them.
The old boards were a great resource 6-7 years ago, and I'll miss them, though it seems pretty much no-one else out there is even paying enough attention to notice their demise, much like FindLaw itself. Even the debbie/koppers who destroyed the boards don't bother to spam, because they no no-one is reading them any more. 'We look forward to seeing Greedy Associates . . . grow once again into an active, vibrant legal discussion community.'
