| Center City PHL salary/raise perspective |

Can anyone advise as to the market salary range for a 7th year (transactional) at a major (not international) Center City PHL firm? Due a non-cause, economy-related layoff from a smaller firm about a year ago, I spent the past year at the current firm on a sort of probationary basis being paid as a 2nd year. I feel I have performed well and am preparing to request that my salary be brought up to market for my experience level. In trying to prepare for the possible "Well, what do you think you should be making" question, any perspective would be helpful and greatly appreciated. Thanks.
