I would like to open up a new discussion on interviewing for a litigation law clerk position in a mid-sized Midwest firm that is concentrates on business litigation. I have an interview for a litigation clerking position; however, I have no litigation experience, just a mere desire to enter that area of the law as soon as I graduate. Does anyone have any advice on how to sell myself as someone who will excel in such a capacity beyond the typical "this has always been my life goal" puffery? My grades are solid and I have strong business work experience.
