Hi. Does anyone know what percentage of fees collected from self-originated matters a senior associate/of counsel at a mid-sized, mid-Atlantic firm (about 150 lawyers) might expect to receive as an origination bonus? Just not sure what the market rate for this percentage is. Thanks much.
