Suppose I hire an associate, because I want to make money off of him. I want him to service my clients, but I don't want him to take any of the clients with him later if he leaves. How do I stop that?
The bar of perhaps every state (including mine) proscribe me from making the associate contract with me that he would not service any of my clients after he leaves. Thus, I can't keep him from stealing my clients.
What ways are known to work?
