I am working with a midsize Chicago firm seeking a corporate (primarily M&A)partner to help with the firm's very active practice. No portables are required, although of course helpful. Ideal background is strong academics, big firm for starters plus mid-market/entrepreneurial experience, willingness to devote time and effort to client development. Will accept out of town lawyer if can waive into Illinois bar.
