Does anyone know what Cozen O'Connor in Philly might pay to a junior-level non-equity partner or of counsel with no book of business (but w/ 6-7 years of biglaw experience, followed by several years of industry experience)? They pay first years $135K with apparently $5K bumps each year for associates. Is $200K too much? Is $175 too little?
