Document it in an email to your main supervisor, indicating that the partner is being inappropriate and hostile and creating an uncomfortable working environment. Set them up for wrongful termination if they fire you. Employment at will does not mean they can do whatever they want to you. If you're a female, that sounds like a protected class to me.
