Does anyone have hard, relatively current information on the salaries for captive counsel with 5 years of experience, and again with, say, 10 years of experience? E.g., the following firms are captive counsel: Grant, Ross & Fanning (Zurich); Schueller Dallavo (Chubb); and there's a firm who works for Travelers -- anyone know what kind of base salary one makes here with 5-10 years of experience?
