What's a "crappy" GPA? a 3.2? 3.4?

I've been interested in getting a Canadian JD for a while....is anyone familiar with what kinds of qualifications you need to get into, say, McGill's or U of Toronto's JD programs? I know you need to be able to speak French for McGill but I don't know much else.
