I would assume so. But I mean more along the lines of working for a U.S. firm in a capacity that doesn't require the Canadian bar. Like working for any other U.S. firm's overseas office (which usually doesn't require bar admission or a law degree from the local country).
thanks for any thoughts, especially from anyone who works for a U.S. firm up there.
