No one else has matched. SSD, Baker and TH all increased outside of Cleveland, but have shown no love for their associates in Ohio. The pecking order in Cleveland currently is as follows: 1. Jones Day (135); 2. VSSP and SSD (120); 3. Baker and Porter Wright (115); 4. Thompson (110). Further, it is my understanding that most if not all of the senior associates at SSD, Baker and TH make less than the first years in New York, DC, Houston, Atlanta, etc. To SSD's credit, at least they cut their billable hours requirement.
