In the New York office, bonus amounts will range from $30,000 to $65,000 for associates in the classes of 1998 and more senior including counsel as set forth below:
Class of 2006: $30,000
Class of 2005: $35,000
Class of 2004: $40,000
Class of 2003: $45,000
Class of 2002: $50,000
Class of 2001: $55,000
Class of 2000: $60,000
Class of 1999: $65,000
Class of 1998 and higher: $65,000
Consistent with our past practice of additional rewards for high performers, discretionary bonus amounts of up to $15,000 will be paid to associates and counsel based on exceptional commitment of time. First year associates in the New York office who arrived in 2006 will receive a guaranteed, pro-rated bonus.
