For men: Just lose the tie. Slacks [no pleats]. Grey. Darker shades if you are tall. Lighter shades if not. And in Summer in Southern climes, maybe even lose the jacket. No khakis. No golf shirts. Do not trend toward the preppy-in-the-Hamptons-on-vacation look that many seem to think passes for business casual in a law firm.
For women: No club wear. No cleavage. Is a pencil skirt and white blouse so hard?
