That was a loaded question since (1) unlike most other markets the salaries for associates are not lockstep, uniform across all major firms and highly publicized; and (2) Philly has awful salary compression. However, since first years at the top firms in Philly make $145K I'm thinking $160K is a bit low for a 7th year. I would guess somewhere around $175K-190K..
