Beachdream, I'm sure that you have found the right business model for yourself. But, why do you find it necessary to knock what other people do?
If an associate candidate would like a $15,000 or $20,000 placement bonus and would like to work with an experienced lawyer who offers much more than resume forwarding and superficial advice, she or he can contact me. If they prefer your style and want to work with you, that's OK too.
There's room for everyone.
