I work for a big law firm in LA (not Latham, Gibson, or O'Melveny), but my sources at Latham tell me that although Latham previously decided not to raise to 145 this year, they are in the process of reconsidering. I agree with the previous poster that Latham can't hold out for long, and if Latham gives in then the rest should follow (much like last year).
