The weirdest thing about the "Dear Steve" letter is that a man of Tribe's accomplishment still finds the need to tell the world that he corresponds with important people. Duh, and no one is impressed, as anyone here without bad breath who wants to, can befriend with POMs.
It's a sad aspect of the law that so few lawyers, no matter how accomplished, feel comfortable resting on their own two legs. Every time I open a blog, sometime is telling me he shook hands with Ted Olson or had dinner with so-and-so (leaving out that there were 50 other guests.) Who cares.
Oh, ER, quit typing yours posts into a word document before posting here. It makes it look like you're trying to hard.
