Re: "Binding" decision? The Dood June 21, 2004 06:42 pm
In the post-9/11 world, it is important to remember that Islip is on Long Island, which houses Hofstra, which is a lower-ranked law school than my alma mater.

As the only registered Republican on this board, I have the authority to tell you that only girls care about architecture or whine about the Presidential detentions and/or eatings of Hispanics and Arabs and graduates of second-tier law schools.

Anyway, read this (http://tinyurl.com/2xl88) and try to tell me that girls aren't the problem! They think they can go ahead and speak on behalf of federal judges (who, by the way, aren't as cool as state judges, or at least don't matter with regard to the Presidential detaining/eating power). How silly.

As the only true Federalist on this board, I feel I must resign from my clerkship because the lay people only care about bare facts and not subtle legal doctrines.

In conclusion, FEDERALISM!
